Our products are sold in over 90 markets worldwide, totalling a combined annual turnover of USD 360 million.What you'll do:As our Product Information & Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the organization's product information management (PIM) system as well as leveraging data analysis techniques to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information and streamlined operational processes.Product Information Management
  • Oversee the organization's PIM system, including data entry, maintenance, and governance processes
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product information across all platforms and channels
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality, standardization, and taxonomy within the PIM system
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and establish guidelines for product information management
  • Develop a roadmap for PIM system enhancements and upgrades. Align roadmap with business objectives and stakeholder needs
  • Manage the relationship with the PIM vendor. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and advocate for the organization's needs
  • Lead the onboarding process for new products into the PIM system. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather required data, ensure accurate entry, and facilitate integration with other systems.
Data Analysis for Operations
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights from operational data sets
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement through thorough analysis of operational data
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and workflows
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices
  • Analyse the impact of process changes on operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance, making adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product information management, data analysis, and operations optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis
  • Proven experience from process optimization with in the field of operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
