- Property Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial properties available in Ahmedabad, including details on size, location, amenities, and pricing.
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their specific office space requirements, budget constraints, and preferred locations.
- Property Tours: Arrange and conduct property tours to showcase available office spaces to potential clients.
- Negotiation: In consultation with your seniors / reporting Managers Negotiate the terms, sale/ rental rates, and other contractual terms between landlords and tenants to facilitate deals.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to provide clients with accurate information.
- Lead Generation: Generate/ follow up leads through in house marketing team, various channels, including networking, online platforms, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Documentation: Prepare and review lease/ sale agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
