- Supporting our strategy for profitable growth and a leading brand reputation through marketing, in alignment with our organisational strategy, values and purpose.
- Leading the Brand, Sponsorship and Social/ Content teams in their areas of focus which can expand and contract depending on workloads and requirements across the wider Brand, Marketing and Communications team.
- Expertise in modern ways of working and proven experience in developing flexible resourcing management to support enterprise priorities and business needs.
- Lead the Creative Partner Relationship and relationship with Key Sponsors
- Work with your peers across the organisation and in the Brand, Marketing and Communication leadership team to ensure cohesion and successful cross functional working.
- Proactively develop, communicate, and implement brand, sponsorship and paid media activity with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensuring the effective project and budget management of new and existing marketing activity delivers to brand, consideration, media, and growth objectives.
- Leading, managing and co-ordinating internal and agency resources.
- Overseeing the budget management for your portfolio, including budget, accruals, invoicing, and forecasting.
- Managing sponsorship partner relationships including ensuring mutual objectives are achieved, negotiating partnership agreements, development, and review.
- Managing and develop in-house brand design resource for marketing and wider business.
- 10+ experience across brand, content, sponsorship, social and paid media.
- Previous leadership experience leading and motivating high performing teams at a similar level.
- Strong change leadership experience, bringing strength with innovative thinking.
- Expertise in modern ways of working and proven experience in developing flexible resourcing management to support enterprise priorities and business needs.
- A Strong Enterprise view and demonstrated experience in bringing in new ways of working and industry best practice.
- Experience planning and delivering on multi-channel marketing campaigns and always on media activity.
- Extensive supplier and resource management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven writing, editing and proof-reading skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently build, nurture positive work relationships, collaborate effectively, build internal capability and influence accordingly.
