Our team is the driving force behind our role as our customers’ personal holiday expert -The smart way to get away.The impact you’ll haveReporting to the Head of PPC, the PPC Manager will lead the PPC strategy for our new markets. This role is pivotal in establishing loveholidays as a global brand, driving customer engagement and revenue growth through tailored and localised paid search strategies.Your day-to-day:
  • Oversee and manage international PPC campaigns across various search engines and marketplaces
  • Develop effective PPC strategies to optimise ROI, drive traffic, and increase customer acquisition
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to forecast trends and plan PPC budgets
  • Work closely with marketing and wider functions to align PPC campaigns with ongoing promotions, launches and the strategic growth direction
  • Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends and industry standards to keep loveholidays at the forefront of developments
  • Drive significant growth in market share and brand recognition through effective management of PPC campaigns and upper-funnel activity
Your skillset:
  • Expert, hands-on knowledge using PPC technologies and tools - most notably Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey, and ability to use this knowledge to optimise campaigns
  • Strong skills in keyword research, segmentation and bidding strategies
  • Proven track record of effectively managing multi-market, large advertising budgets
  • Experience with A/B testing to optimise campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively report campaign results to team and stakeholders
Not necessary but would be desirable to have:
  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and insights
  • Knowledge and understanding of the travel sector, including customer behaviour and seasonal trends
  • Expertise in German language would be a plus
