- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions according to client requirements, including portal configurations.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and other reporting tools like Power BI.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues.
- Assist in the design and development of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
- Develop, deploy, and manage SSIS packages.
- Conduct system testing and user training.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and features.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including portal configuration and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, functionality, integration, and customization capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics, Portal, and SSIS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
