- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.

- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Previous experience working with individuals with SEMH needs or in a similar educational setting is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and well-being of young people.
- Relevant qualifications in education, social care, or related fields are advantageous.
- Full driving license is essential.
