Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages growth and learning.
Collaborate with other SEMH Teachers and professionals to support student success.
Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
Monitor and report on the progress of students, adapting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience as an SEMH Teacher or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the curriculum and pedagogical approaches for SEMH.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
