- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages growth and learning.
- Collaborate with other SEMH Teachers and professionals to support student success.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
- Monitor and report on the progress of students, adapting strategies as needed.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an SEMH Teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and pedagogical approaches for SEMH.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
