Permanent Part time position (48 hours per fortnight)

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse, who will be responsible for the effective management and efficient coordination of Aged Care clinics at Joondalup Health Campus.Clinics include

Memory Evaluation
Falls Balance and Mobility
Parkinson's disease
Osteoporosis Screening/first fracture
Clinical Psychology
All Allied Health Specialties

Acting as a professional resource and demonstrating broad knowledge in all facets of caring for Elderly adults, you will be responsible for;

Contributing to, and participating in, the education and competency of nursing staff.
Working with peers, and maintaining positive relationships with Medical Staff, Allied Health and patients.
Consistently performing accurate and comprehensive patient assessments to address the individual patient's short and long-term needs including their physical, social and spiritual needs
Promoting a positive and supportive culture utilising excellent leadership skills.
Management of Change and further development of the service in collaboration with the lead consultant Geriatrician.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset with experience in Care of the Older Adult. Your ability to supervise, lead, direct and motivate staff to achieve outcomes, and your well-developed planning, prioritisation and time management skills are critical for this role.What we are looking for:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Extensive post registration experience in Aged Care or Rehabilitation (Minimum of 3 years)
Experience in a leadership role
Demonstrated exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy
Demonstrated commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values

Remuneration:On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $101,393.65 - $107,728.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
