• To aid in the smooth running of the branch, deputising in the managers absence.
• To oversee the daily running of shop floor, organising breaks, banking, and delegating task effectively.
• Ensure replenishment of stock and store standards are maintained.
• To motivate staff ensuring efficient communication and ensuring staff are trained to a high standard for their daily tasks.
• To ensure the importance of security awareness is communicated to the staff and to provide feedback to Store Manager and Head Office on any potential security risks.
• Guaranteeallendofthedayprocedures are followedincludingcashingup, bankingandbagchecks as outlinedbyMUJIprocedures.
• To help induct all new members of staff as laid out by manager

• Maintain high standard of personal attendance, punctuality and grooming.
• Make a significant contribution to successful team working at the store.
• Remain flexible with regards to working hours.
• Fluent in English (minimum level Advance Certificate or equivalent.
• Salary: 24.000€/b/a + bonus
