📌 You can expect these responsibilities:Sale Operations:
  • Management of lead generation
  • Pipeline and sales cycle management (qualification/proposal/negotiation/close)
  • Sales compensation
  • Conducting thorough market research
New business sales and account management
  • Hiring and managing new business sales people
  • Building and managing our account management team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other key organizations
  • Meeting quarterly and yearly sales targets
Channel Strategy
  • Developing and implementing the overall channel strategy - Joint ventures, Direct sales, Affiliate network
  • Developing and implementing overall service/commercial strategies
Reporting/other
  • Reporting and presenting results and realistic forecasts to top management
  • Active support to internal cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Budgeting and forecasting of revenue and gross margin
Global Representation
  • Act as the face of our company at international Sales events and conferences, networking and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Showcase our services and contribute to our global presence in the IT industry
📌 Our requirements:
  • 5-10 years of international experience in sales and team management
  • Vast knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Prior corporate experience will be considered an advantage
  • Enthusiastic about making an impact in the IT industry and contributing to our shared success.
  • Large network and valuable contacts in the relevant industries, corporate segment would big advantage
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and experience in setting up and running sales teams
  • Proficiency in negotiation with C-level executives and closing high-ticket enterprise-level deals
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Other languages are considered a valuable asset.
