Purchasing Representative (m/f/d) for Computer Components in International Trade

• Collaborate with suppliers and sourcing team members worldwide to secure pricing and delivery schedules. Support Amsterdam account managers by negotiating deals based on various factors, including price, lead time, and market conditions, ensuring competitive quoting.
• Foster and nurture supplier relationships, as well as distribution channels, both overseas and locally.
• Represent the sourcing and procurement team in face-to-face client meetings and/or virtual sessions as directed/required.
• Facilitate the optimization of service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction by liaising between Account Managers, Sales leaders, and the IPO team to qualify opportunities.
• Generate and process purchase orders, sourcing results, and ensure all IPs are promptly updated in the Rebound Trading System (GT).
• Undertake exclusive, bespoke projects aimed at enhancing trading capacity between Rebound and our supply base.
• Uphold the professional, courteous, and empathetic image of the department and company at all times.
• Ensure all systems-based and administrative tasks are executed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

• Brings significant experience in purchasing electronic components
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of computing components such as CPUs, chipsets, memory modules, SSDs, HDDs, GPUs, panels, and motherboards.
• Demonstrates a strong drive and motivation to succeed.
• Exhibits a solution-oriented approach and is willing to take ownership.
• Thrives under pressure and can effectively manage workload demands.
• Displays excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
