- Organizes and controls the overall Quality Assurance activities;
- Organizes and manages the overall activities of the team and organizes the corresponding team meetings;
- Provides the necessary feedback to General Manager and reporting to the Gliding Quality Manager for the operation of Quality Assurance & Control;
- Establish, monitor and act on quality Key Performance Indicators;
- Organizing trainings and learning cycles in order to ensure that the quality-oriented mind set and attitude are experienced throughout the organization;
- Actively contribute to the department's continuous improvement in terms of processes and internal routines and participate in relevant projects.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze quality risk cause and alert quality management and offers activities to prevent them.
- Completed higher technical degree;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of industrial quality control systems ISO;
- Work experience in manufacturing environment;
- Analytical skills and ability to take decisions autonomously;
- Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple open problems and challenges;
- Excellent leadership skills, incl. management of people/teams;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Very good ability to work in team.
