Aftersales Technical Service Assistant

• Able to independently carry out regional service work, and be able to collect project issues on site in each customers worksite and transfer it to the COMPANY ;
• Assist in the installation and debugging of on-site projects to ensure the normal operation of on-site projects;
• Able to communicate with customers in English and Thai without any barriers;
• Able to lead the construction team to carry out on-site service work alone.

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience；Strong sense of responsibility, able to endure hardship, and have strong learning ability;
• Able to communicate with customers in English and Thai
• The quality issues, production capacity and other information of customer projects can be sorted and refined and reported to the company;
• Able to accept frequent business trips.
• College degree or above, major in electrical automation/Mechanical
• Rubber machinery industry/rubber tire -related industries
