Business' administration management and controlling of relevant service operations activities
Timely cost center reporting, proposing and taking measures to ensure targets are reached or their improvements
Analysis of actual financial performance and preparation of forecast/budget
Interface to other locations and regions
Monitoring business processes aiming to search areas of efficiency and effectiveness improvements
Billing of productive work to internal customers in the country and overseas
Support in concluding required agreements/contracts when providing services overseas
Monitoring timely cash collection
Participation in regional initiatives on digitalization and automation
Monitoring taxation implications and following transfer pricing requirements when dealing with affiliates
What You Bring
University degree in finance, business administration or an equivalent
At least 3-5 years of experience at controlling / managing finance
ACCA or CPA certification would be an advantage
Deep knowledge of accounting logic, connection of accounting entries to financial statements, P&L drivers
Advanced knowledge in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point), Tableau / Power BI knowledge would be an advantage
Readiness to work in the office not less than 60% per week as well as readiness for business trips (0-20% depending on project status)
