- Develop and implement comprehensive Employee Relations strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction to the Employee Relations team, ensuring effective management of labor relations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for labor unions, fostering constructive relationships and facilitating negotiations.
- Lead collective bargaining processes, ensuring agreements align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Address and resolve labor disputes, grievances, and other union-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee general services operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate standards.
- Implement best practices in service management to support the overall operational needs of the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, employees, labor unions, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Employee Relations initiatives.
- Ensure all Employee Relations practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to labor relations and general service management.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's practices remain compliant.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Employee Relations team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Employee Relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in managing labor unions, collective bargaining, and resolving labor disputes.
- Extensive knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
