- Utilise advanced tools and strategies to identify and create well-defined customer audiences for various CRM campaigns, ensuring precision and relevance in targeting efforts.
- Implement optimal methods for audience identification and segmentation, ensuring that CRM campaigns are accurately targeted and highly personalised
- Daily build of automated campaigns alongside manual, one-off campaigns, collaborating in the creation and optimisation of creative content for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and campaign objectives.
- Leverage proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MovableInk, and email HTML to optimise campaign operations and build campaigns.
- Support CRM campaign operations across various channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and customer focus across all touchpoints.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CRM operations, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to contribute to departmental innovation and excellence.
- Accountable for ensuring CRM campaigns are fully compliant with FCA, GDPR, regulatory, and organisational standards, with robust safeguards for customer data
- Demonstrable experience of CRM principles and strategies, with a specific focus on audience creation and content development across multiple channels.
- High level of proficiency in CRM platforms, tools, and technologies, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MovableInk, and email HTML
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyse data and customer insights to ensure CRM campaigns are accurately targeted and highly personalised
- Working knowledge of data manipulation through SQL
- Ability to work on multiple complex projects
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
