Senior Executive - Inbound Warehouse

• Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of goods against purchase orders and shipping documents
• Take GRN & Update inventory records to reflect received goods, ensuring accurate data entry in the ERP System
• Direct and assist in the storage of goods in designated warehouse locations, following established procedures for product organization and accessibility
• Conduct inspections of incoming goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies, and report any issues to the appropriate suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of received goods, including invoices, packing slips, and other related documentation
• Collaborate with other team members, suppliers, and other departments to resolve any issues with incoming shipments
• Identify opportunities for improving inbound processes and contribute to the development of more efficient procedures
• Address any discrepancies in shipments, such as shortages, overages, or damaged goods, and take appropriate corrective actions
