Responsibilities / TasksJoin GEA Group in Madrid as a Business Consultant Regional CEO Office, directly reporting to the Regional CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice, analytical insights, and operational support to the Regional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive team. You will play a key role in driving business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and competitiveness.Actively support the Regional CEO for the regions of Western Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America in strategic and operational business activities.Project Management: Lead and support cross-functional projects and initiatives directly aligned with the Regional CEO's strategic agenda. Develop project plans, timelines, and success criteria, and oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.Own and carry out projects focusing on regional sales and service business development and transformation.Analyze business problems and develop potential solutions and concepts including PowerPoint proposals.Develop and coordinate strategic and operational regional business decisions.Prepare, moderate, coordinate and organize Top-Management workshops and meetings.Support the business transformation in the region together with initiative leads by setting up KPIs and structure to follow-up on progress (KPI setting, Reporting structure and updates, meetings, milestones, and timelines etc.)Cross-functional collaboration with the business, including sales, CRM, marketing, finance, and supply chain and work with interdisciplinary teams of local, regional, and global stakeholders.Your Profile / QualificationsProven experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data, draw meaningful insights, and develop practical recommendations.Team-player that thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity and embrace changes to the scope of your role switching between strategic and operational topics.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and business intelligence tools/software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) is preferred.This position reports directly to the Regional CEO and requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Fluent in Spanish and English, further languages of advantage.The role may involve occasional travel and flexibility in working hours to accommodate project deadlines and business needs.Our Benefits:Flexible remuneration package.Work-life balance hybrid working model as a combination of home-office and working in the office.23 vacation days per year.Great work environment as part of a collaborative team.Internal training and career development opportunities at national and international level.Be part of a “Top Employer 2024” company.GEA values equal opportunities.
