Job Title Senior Executive/ Asst Manager - Procurement For Cisco APJC Department/Client Account Procurement / Cisco Account Line Manager Procurement Lead- India- JLL. Job Summary/Goals To help align and execute Procurement strategies for local and/or Regional initiatives for facility services. Manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities and issues. Ensure all Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing and contracting standards are maintained. Support regional and national sourcing initiatives. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Support the Procurement strategies for Cisco accounts as per their sourcing plans. Help ensuring proper communications with site teams. Provide detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations team in standardized contract processes. Float RFXs as per the Cisco India procurement need time to time for market testing and supporting the new bids in Jaggaer. Create Benchmark of items/services obtaining the rates from various JLL Accounts. Negotiate pricing and terms with Adhoc / Projects vendors where required to provide best possible solution. Maintain information on cost savings for Adhoc / Project works and provide reports on Sourcing Plan/Cost Savings whenever required. Help Manager Identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies. Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of business, products pricing to establish standardisation of rates for Adhoc/Project requirements. Arrange liaison between vendors, site teams, finance team and management to ensure timely payments to vendors. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes. Manage data integrity and provide adhoc reports whenever required by the management. Vendor registration processes in DAB. Maintain database on Vendors, Vendors Contracts, Sourcing plan and budget. Additional Duties And Responsibilities Ensure Procurement Dashboard & PO tracker is maintained as per agreed format and shared with the Finance and Operations team. Create various spend analysis reports basis the JDE spend data. Ensure all Procurement and savings related data is maintained Ensure data security and sharing of data on need to know basis. Jaggaer handling & Input Key Performance Measures Meet JLL KPI s for: Customer (internal/external) Satisfaction Sourcing Plan and Savings initiatives. Supplier Management Benchmarking of Data. Identification of Sustainability initiatives. Skills Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills Excellent PC skills/ Excel. Competencies Organisation Skills, Strong Analytical Ability Required. Fluent in English; additional languages a plus Good knowledge of suppliers, market trends, bidding process & negotiation skills Experience Experience in purchasingcommercialsfacilities for 03 to 06 Years Knowledge of ERP like SAP / Oracle would be a plus Qualifications Any Graduate. Degree Diploma in SCM is an advantage
