In Hempel, our purpose is to create a brighter future with sustainable coating solutions. To strengthen our Infrastructure sales team in Poland, we are looking for Key Account Manager in Lower and Upper Silesia (Katowice/Wroclaw). Our Infrastructure sales team is responsible for selling the our products B2B across multiple or non-specified channels within designated territory, segment or account. We are focused on building positive long-term relationships with our customers, that will generate future sales and repeat business.Responsibilities
  • Identify, establish, and manage business relationships with key accounts
  • Prepare an annual sales plan and forecast for the assigned sales territory
  • Develop personal action plans and submit monthly sales reports
  • Generate and convert sales leads through persuasive selling
  • Grow assigned territory/key accounts’ group
  • Negotiate contracts with key accounts and meet established deadlines for the fulfilment of each account's long-term goals
  • Prepare account development plans, create and manage opportunities within the CRM pipeline
  • Collect information from the market in order to elaborate and implement the proper sales strategies
  • Collaborate with and support colleagues in the best interest of the sales team to deliver required levels of business
Qualifications
  • Bachelors / Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant technical area
  • B2B sales experience on industrial markets with a track-record of achieving revenue targets, developing new markets, and maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction
  • Outstanding logical/analytical thinking and analysis capacities, to deliver evaluations and decision making
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish
  • Good written and oral English
  • Well-rounded Excel skills including Microsoft Office package, CRM and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel domestically

Additional detailsThis role includes high range of travelling domestically, mainly covering Lower and Upper Silesia (Katowice and Wroclaw area) - around 4 days a week.
