- Identify, establish, and manage business relationships with key accounts
- Prepare an annual sales plan and forecast for the assigned sales territory
- Develop personal action plans and submit monthly sales reports
- Generate and convert sales leads through persuasive selling
- Grow assigned territory/key accounts’ group
- Negotiate contracts with key accounts and meet established deadlines for the fulfilment of each account's long-term goals
- Prepare account development plans, create and manage opportunities within the CRM pipeline
- Collect information from the market in order to elaborate and implement the proper sales strategies
- Collaborate with and support colleagues in the best interest of the sales team to deliver required levels of business
- Bachelors / Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant technical area
- B2B sales experience on industrial markets with a track-record of achieving revenue targets, developing new markets, and maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction
- Outstanding logical/analytical thinking and analysis capacities, to deliver evaluations and decision making
- Excellent communication skills in Polish
- Good written and oral English
- Well-rounded Excel skills including Microsoft Office package, CRM and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel domestically
- Great interpersonal skills
