The company reported a 2020 global revenue of USD $845.04 Mn.We are currently searching for a Workday - ERP HCM Lead:Responsibilities:

Utilize Workday, especially RaaS Reports, for various tasks.
Deploy modules including Application Fees & Tuition Deposits, Payments, Cashiering Integration, Payment Plans/Sponsor Contracts, Disbursement, and others like student electronic billing and dynamic billing.
Manage conversations directly with clients to ensure Transact system integration with Workday.
Troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
Perform day-to-day tasks including engaging in calls with clients.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Workday, particularly with RaaS Reports.
Experience deploying modules like Application Fees & Tuition Deposits, Payments, Cashiering Integration, Payment Plans/Sponsor Contracts, Disbursement, and others.
Ability to self-manage time and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Technical skills/aptitude relevant to the position.
Experience in task management.

Desired:

Workday Student certification (preferred but not required).
Ability to manage conversations directly with clients.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Technical skills/aptitude.
Experience in day-to-day client interactions and calls.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
