Sa présence dans l’ensemble des pays développés ou émergents lui permet d’accompagner ses clients, grandes entreprises ou Etats, dans leurs transactions ou contentieux les plus stratégiques.VOS MISSIONSL’équipe Droit social, dynamique et conviviale, traite des dossiers très divers touchant à de nombreux aspects du droit du travail, tant individuels que collectifs, et notamment s’agissant de l’embauche et des départs de cadres supérieurs et dirigeants, du conseil quotidien aux Directions des Ressources Humaines et Directions Juridiques, de la mise en place et la gestion des relations avec les instances représentatives du personnel, de la rédaction d’accords collectifs (temps de travail, épargne salariale, etc.), de l’assistance dans le cadre de réorganisations sociales complexes (opérations de fusion-acquisition, plans de licenciements collectifs, etc.) et leurs conséquences en matière sociale, ainsi que du contentieux devant les juridictions concernées (conseils de prud’hommes, TJ, cours d’appel, etc.).Les stagiaires sont totalement intégrés à l’équipe et très impliqués dans les dossiers.Le/la futur(e) stagiaire aura l'opportunité de traiter une grande variété de sujets sur lesquels il/elle sera amené(e) à travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des avocats de l’équipe, développant ainsi rapidement de solides compétences organisationnelles et capacités techniques.Il/elle sera notamment en charge de recherches juridiques, de la rédaction de consultations, notes de synthèse, projets de document (accords, contrats, notes d’information, …) et de conclusions soulevant des problématiques diverses (contentieux individuel, contentieux collectif, contentieux électoral, …). Il/elle est également associé(e) à la rédaction de mails de conseil à la clientèle ainsi qu’à la préparation d’événements/newsletters et supports de présentation d’actualités juridiques en matière sociale.A noter que le/la future(e) stagiaire travaillera en français et en anglais, qu’il/elle pourra également être associé(e) à la gestion de dossiers communs à d’autres départements du cabinet à Paris (notamment les départements contentieux, corporate, concurrence, etc.) ou encore être amené(e) à interagir et travailler avec les bureaux étrangers du cabinet.VOTRE PROFILCe stage s’adresse plus particulièrement aux étudiant(e)s titulaires d’un Master 2 en Droit social (ou en cours d’obtention) et/ou d'un diplôme d'IEP/Ecole de commerce avec une formation juridique en Droit social.Compétences requises
