- Customer Engagement - Conduct regular visits to existing retail clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Expansion - Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's presence in the assigned territory.
- Sale Strategy Development - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth in the region.
- Customer Education - Provide product education and training to retail staff to increase product knowledge and enhance sales performance.
- Market Feedback & Analysis - Collect and report market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Experienced in FMCG sales with a proven track record and demonstration in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused approach to ensure we’re building impactful relationships with our customers.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
- Proficient in PC usage, analyzing sales figures, and managing budgets.
- Language proficiency: Native Danish speaker with professional-level English skills.
