  • Working on specific tasks including end to end process of crystallizing benefits including performing calculations
  • Actively help in the administration of Self-Invested Personal Pensions
  • Focus on delivering the best service levels to customers
  • Effectively deal with issues of escalation by reporting them to management
About you
  • You have a strong background in self invested personal pensions (SIPPs)
  • You are looking to progress into either a team lead or supervisor role
  • You have knowledge of Delta's SIPP~Pro software
  • You have taken the lead in roles that require training and development of colleagues
  • You have strong pensions knowledge and keep yourself up to date with market changes
