- Manage and implement selected construction and non-construction projects of varying value, size, and complexity across the business to meet customer expectations and deliverable requirements.
- Preparation of feasibility studies and preparation and delivery of presentations to senior management.
- Prepare analysis and collate data (including determining the availability of resources) to support the effective development of more detailed plans.
- Gather data, update project plans and generate projects progress reports on behalf of the Facilities manager.
- Preparation and Submission of Robust Financial Applications.
- Development of feasibility studies and preparation and delivery of presentations to senior management.
- Develop appropriate procedures and codes of practice for facilities management.
- Monitoring and controlling contractor delivery performance.
- Health and Safety Legislation
- Understanding of quality standards and work tolerances within the company
- In depth knowledge of CDM Regulations
- Minimum 6 years experience in similar industry
- Knowledge/experience of contracts management
- Background in Engineering/Construction processes
- Effective customer relationships meeting expectation and deliverables
- Good Site Project Management to cost, schedule and quality
- Compliance with all relevant processes and authorisation as necessary
- Effective Site Project Governance covering LCM, HS&E, & Quality requirements
- HNC/Certificate in Project or Construction Management or equivalent level of qualification
- LCM Awareness
- Health and Safety management training, for example NEBOSH
