Duties include:

Respond to customer requests for products, services, and company information.
Managing high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)
Answer customer telephone calls and emails promptly to avoid on-hold wait times.
Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance
General ad-hoc duties

About you:

Previous customer service officer or administration experience
Professional, Resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
