We are curious, creative, and positive.The OpportunityIf you would like to join us, Team Netherlands is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead the implementation and delivery of language and intercultural communication training programs at some of the largest international companies in the Netherlands. In this role, your day-to-day work will vary tremendously - enabling you to serve as a consultant, project manager and internal ambassador for your clients. The successful candidate is incredibly organized and customer-driven, has a mindset of nothing is impossible and is eager to build a career in a rapidly growing and innovative education company.Key responsibilities· Implement learning programs, building client loyalty and satisfaction· Work with existing and potential clients to define clear KPIs and deliverables· Monitor KPIs and report to clients on success of learning programs to drive results, identify actions for continuous improvement, achieve renewals and assist in growing the accounts· Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions· Provide project management skills and advice to sales teams during tenders· Collaborate with colleagues around the world to improve our processes and programsThe skills & experience we look for· 2 years B2B client facing project management· Exceptional communication and relational skills· Excellent project management and organizational skills to keep on top of deadlines· Client service mindset, passionate about client success and satisfaction· Ability to evaluate, prioritize and manage multiple internal and external requests· Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover stories behind the data (Microsoft excel is your friend!)· Minimum C1 Fluency level in Dutch and English, with other languages being a bonus· Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus· Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organizationTo thrive at EF, you will be· Proactive, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ideas to put forward· Able to perform in a fast-paced and target driven environment· Decisive and able to take calculated risks when necessaryWhat we offer· Regular opportunities for personal and professional development within an organization that is growing rapidly· A truly multinational environment with talented and inspirational colleagues· Competitive compensation scheme· 30 days paid holiday each year· Flexibility to work from home 60% and office 40%· Opportunity to join annual global sales conference.
