Corporate Account Manager (Insurance)Location: Lightwater (Hybrid Options Available)Salary: £35,000-£50,000 + BonusMy client who are within the Insurance industry are seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join their fast growing team. In this role you will be responsible for the end- to – end lifecycle of applications as well as retention of assigned corporate clients. To apply for this position you will need experience in a similar role within Financial Services, insurance experience in desirable.Daily DutiesThis role is focused on Group business in the AWP Block.A responsibility to at all times deliver excellent levels of customer service in the performance of the role, inorder to be effective across the following areas of responsibility;On Boarding New Group ClientsAdminister Group applications efficiently and accurately from receipt of application, to inception,and issuance of policy documentsEnsure premiums are paid in a timely manner, both for inception and any mid-term adjustments,and where necessary contact Clients, or their appointed Broker, in connection with outstandingpayment of premiums due, and take appropriate actionRelationship Management of Group clients, and/or their appointed BrokerDeliver effective Relationship Management to a portfolio of Group clients, or appointed Broker where applicableRespond to all written and verbal enquiries from Group clients customers, or their appointed BrokerEnsure at all times that the language used, both verbal or written and imparts a sense of personal responsibility from the Job holder to the Client, or the appointed Broker, for issue resolution refer to Tone of Voice GuidelinesPrepare, negotiate and secure Group renewals in line with the commercial parameters set by the businessAchieve retention targets and objectives for a defined portfolio of Group clientsAdminister all renewal documentation efficiently and accuratelyFeedback to business leaders on market developments and share ideas to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and experience of our clients CRM Data EntryEnsure that all activity is recorded in the applicable CRM system (Currently: Microsoft Dyanmics)Ensure compliance with the company's information and data security policies and procedures, as outlined in the ISMS Compliance Checklist found on the company Intranet.Key SkillsHighly customer focussed with a demonstrable customer centric mindset and approachMotivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitudeVersatile and quick to learn and adapt where necessaryConfidence in using Microsoft packages, with an aptitude to learn to use new systems and technologiesSolution and target driven with a positive approach to clearing work and achieving resultsA good team player, with an ability to build strong local and remote relationships
