- You will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, external and internal, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of financial goals.
- You will be responsible in providing financial and commercial insights, managing project costs, coordinating contract negotiations, and overseeing contract and claim management.
- You will be responsible for ES performance controlling, financial modeling, planning and reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting practices and guidelines.
- You will be responsible for serving as a partner for the sales organization, providing support during customer engagement and negotiation processes.
- You will be responsible to Co-develop the best-fit business model and financing solutions for customers by providing financial and commercial insights.
- You will be responsible for collaborating closely with the legal department to review and negotiate contract conditions, attending contract negotiations with sales and project managers.
- You will be responsible to work closely with the ES Manager to identify project risks and opportunities on a project and monthly basis.
- You will be responsible for ensuring proper project cost controlling by maintaining accurate books and records in accordance with contractual requirements, accounting practices, and Siemens Healthineers guidelines.
- You will be responsible for issuing customer invoices and follow up on payment.
- You will be responsible for regularly present project financial updates to local and ES management.
- You will be responsible for managing contract and claim management for existing ES projects.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with relevant stakeholders to complete project financial modeling activities accurately and on a timely basis, including the assessment of financial and commercial risks.
- You will be responsible for planning and reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for Enterprise Service Business Line- including P&L, balance sheet, and other reporting tools.
- You will be responsible for performing financial month-end closing transactions and reporting, including monthly journal postings.
- You will be responsible for fulfilling various reporting requirements related to the ES BL
- You will be responsible for handling any other ad hoc duties assigned.
- You have a degree with an outstanding academic record.
- ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CPA, or similar qualifications are preferred.
- You have minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance role with exposure to customer C-class in negotiation settings.
- You have proven and effective project management skills in running large complex projects with multiple implementations and/or solutions deployments.
- You have experience in contract negotiations and ongoing contract change management.
- You have experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
