- Effectively manage all export-related activities, including documentation, logistics, and coordination of shipments.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and government requirements in destination countries.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and international clients.
- Participate and assist pricing requests from current clients.
- Monitor global market trends and identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Contribute to the development of export strategies and the expansion of the company's international business.
- Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, or a related field.
- Previous professional experience as an Export Specialist or in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of international export regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PDF.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage export processes and logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in multiple foreign languages would be an advantage.
- Availability and good organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- English speaking and writing.
