Offer DescriptionThe person employed in this position will be responsible for conducting:- teaching classes in the following fields: Environmental Engineering, Circular Economy and Climate Protection, Environmental Protection Technologies, Climate Neutrality, EQM and Bioeconomy in the field of air and climate protection;- scientific research in the field of engineering and technical sciences, in the disciplines of environmental engineering, mining and energy related to climate protection, in particular related to the search for low- and zero-emission solutions, including in the area of air protection including measurement methods, modeling the spread and limiting emissions pollutants into the air;- educating and stimulating the development of students;- organizing and conducting research in the field of environmental engineering, mining and energy, including: measurement techniques, modeling and reduction of pollution, microbiology and genotoxicity in the context of atmospheric air;- conducting teaching classes in English and/or Polish, in the subjects including the following scientific fields: chemistry and air protection, identification and spatial analysis of air pollution data, air emission management and process engineering;- organizational activities for the Faculty of Environmental Engineering;- conducting activities related to the preparation of project and grant applications;Employment and Remuneration: October 1, 2024 - If a competition is won by a person who is employed under an employment relationship with another employer conducting the following activities: research, research and teaching, research and development, implementation (except for cases specified in Article 125(3) of the Act), and the employment is does not expire until the date of employment at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology as the primary place of work, this person, in accordance with art. 125 sec. 1 of the Act, taking into account art. 125 sec. 2 of the Act, is obliged to obtain the Rector's consent for additional employment under an employment relationship with another employer after employing her at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. If the competition is won by a person who conducts business activity, the requirement of art. 125 sec. 7 of the Act.
