Working closely with our store teams and Health and Safety function, you will oversee protocols, conduct audits, and implement measures to minimise operational risks and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include analysing accident trends, conducting spot checks on risk assessments, and overseeing fire plans to maintain effectiveness. You'll also collaborate on policy development and ensure that all equipment, training, and risk assessments are inclusive and fit for purpose.With regular travel to branches in Kent and London, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on safety practices on the ground, supporting initiatives from pest control to regulatory compliance.Qualifications and Skills We SeekWe are seeking dedicated Health and Safety professionals who can contribute to our team's success. Qualifications Required
