- Assist the department in verifying and compiling of all service / job sheets after work done by vendors, contractors, and external parties
- Periodic generation and submission of reports to relevant authorities / vendors on a daily basis
- Maintain a systematic archiving procedure of crucial documents and preparation for audits
- Prepare annual budgeting and expenditure projection (CAPEX & OPEX)
- Facilitate vendors for site survey and visits
- Monitor projects progress and ensure that critical milestones are adhered to
- Perform administrative tasks such as raising purchase requisitions and orders for the department
- Monitor & track contracts validity and initiate renewal process
- Participate in ad-hoc night activities (fare data checks & system maintenance etc.) as and when required
- Possess at least a Diploma in IT Management, Engineering, or related field
- Preferably with 3-4 years' working experience in relevant industry
- Experience with SAP Enterprise system is a plus
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Ability to work independently and communicate with multiple stakeholders
- Open and keen to explore new and existing systems (CFMS/NOBE etc.)
