Founded in 1995 in China as a pioneer in battery technology, BYD has become world's leading manufacturer of NEVs and the only provider of total transport electric solutions in Europe.To further reinforce BYD’s development in overseas markets, we are looking for a Senior Planning Specialist for passenger cars business of BYD UK.Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Monthly 3+3 Forecast by data collection and analysis
  • Collects the sales demands and confirms POs from UK and Ireland markets
  • Monitors vehicles delivery status after arrival at the port
  • Manages the delivery in the market, including vehicle registration data
  • Providing purchasing invoice (PI), according to the PI application from markets
  • Manages PO payback from dealerships
  • Provides delivery plan based on the vehicle demands in POs and expected payback date-Delivery plan
  • Data analysis with Excel spreadsheets
  • Other related contingent tasks and assignments.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years’ experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance/Accounting.
  • Skilled in MS software, especially for Excel, Word and PPT.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Relevant legal knowledge.
  • Fluent English language skills and Chinese language skills are beneficial.
  • Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Structured, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Analytical, curious, and proactive mindset.
  • Has right-to-work in the UK.
