- Working on luxury residential projects from start to installation
- Concept design and space planning
- Producing/overseeing mood and presentation boards
- Working on all FF&E stages
- Designing bespoke joinery
- Working closely with in house architects and other teams
- Visiting site, international travel will be required from time to time
- Liaising directly with contractors, suppliers, craftsmen and artists.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience working on luxury residential projects. Hospitality experience would be a bonus
- Proven experience working on projects from initial concept through to completion
- Experience working on a mixture of historical buildings and contemporary projects
- FF&E experience
- Understanding of English, French, Italian design styles
- A passion for art and antiques and/or contemporary pieces would be highly beneficial
- Proven experience sourcing antiques and pieces
- Have a fantastic eye for detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Happy to be hands-on and have direct contact with contractors and builders
- Have a flexible approach and be able to multi-task
- Self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Suite.
- Circa £60,000, flexible for the right candidate
