- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies in conjunction with the global partner ecosystem and in cooperation with the regional Field & Partner marketing teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial and Public Sector markets, aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Drive market segmentation, localization, and positioning strategies to optimize market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, including technology partners, resellers, distributors, and integrators.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing programs that drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement.
- Lead and support the regional marketing teams to localize global marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging, branding, and campaigns across all AMER and Public Sector regions.
- Work closely with Sales and across all Marketing teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
- Champion the needs of AMER and Public Sector markets and partners in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field and partner marketing activities.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing field and partner marketing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Americas and Public Sector marketing roles AND minimum of 5 years of experience in partner/channel marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the current partner/channel ecosystem within the cybersecurity segment
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and developing international marketing teams in high-growth environments.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends and data into actionable insights and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS business models, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Work week: Monday - Friday work week required
