- Providing first level support and resolving customer technical issues
- Properly escalating unresolved inquiries to the next level of onsite support
- Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to the correct resources
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Proven working experience in Technical Helpdesk support role
- Working knowledge of helpdesk software, databases and remote control
- Good level of English & Greek language (verbal and writing)
- Strong client facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Willing to work in shifts (Mon-Sun 07.00-22.00)
