- Complete various administrative tasks, including diary management, travel booking, and team administrative support.
- Prioritise workload and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Multi-task and manage multiple requests and tasks efficiently.
- Manage and communicate with a range of stakeholders, including senior-level stakeholders and internal leaders, managers, and staff.
- Utilise IT skills, including the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as diary management, travel booking, and meeting coordination.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing priorities.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple requests and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Understanding of administrative and support services.
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques to resolve ad-hoc issues.
- Familiarity with office systems and software.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support within a business environment.
- Demonstrated experience in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders to coordinate successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.
- Location: Central London (Hybrid)
- Duration: 3 months
- Pay: £150 - £175 a day (Umbrella)
