Designation - Assistant Manager Requirements & expectations Prepare marketing plans and budgets for revenue growth for Telangana region. Plan and achieve the revenue budgets as per agreed timelines. Guide the solutions team on the customer requirements and act as interface. Ability to conceptualise new solutions for clients (& new services & products). Responsible for identifying new business opportunities with existing clients. Report to management on revenues, clients, competition and market intelligence. Prospect new clients & building relationships. Development of brand 'Advantis' in Telangana region along with the central team. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing & sales preferably in logistics (with warehousing, distribution/ 3PL experience) with at least 2 years in managerial capacity Graduate as a minimum qualification. Should be a native of Telangana region or should be in the region for at least last 5 years. Competencies Excellent communication skills Influencing skills (to not get intimidated by clients) Understanding of logistics and the demands of the logistics industry Ability to work independently without supervision Contacts with the business world / Networking Ability to work with people from all levels in a company Interpersonal skills - Team player, who will keep the harmony between MBD and internal customers, while getting the best solution for the client Analytical mind that can customize solutions & conceptualise new businesses Computer literacy and ability to work with numbers
