- Manage customer orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to customer specifications.
- Interpret technical requirements and prepare contract documentation, including creating electrical scheme/wiring diagrams using AutoCAD, contract reports, and O&M Manuals.
- Liaise with customers regarding project approvals, variation instructions, deliveries, site work, and customer inspections.
- Collaborate closely with Tendering, Production, and Sales teams to manage projects to both business and customer requirements.
- Provide performance feedback and conduct thorough contract reviews to manage risk and achieve project objectives.
- Monitor work in progress, conduct review meetings, and feedback any deviations for future bid improvements.
- Ensure departmental KPIs are met.
- More than 3 years' experience in a customer-centric role.
- Demonstrable experience within a technical role, preferably in electrical engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), at Grade 4 or above including Maths, English, and a science-related subject.
- HNC level/Level 6 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
