- ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with monthly billing reports to ensure the accuracy of billing to clients.
- Generate invoices and credit memos timely and accurately for review by Supervisor.
- Submits approved invoices and credit memos to customers via email
- Prepare various account reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as requested.
- Preferably with knowledge in MySQL for extraction of the reports.
- Coordinate with the Technical Support team
- Other duties as requested by management.
