We are seeking a Global Process Owner to strengthen ROCKWOOL’s Processes and Standards team located in Poznań.Your future team:After successfully improving ROCKWOOL’s core financial processes and related governance, the Processes and Standards team is now faced with new challenges. For instance with respect to the design of upstream processes (outside the finance area) and in the area of sustainability reporting (e.g. environmental, social and governance related reporting).Would you like to play a key role in driving process improvements and ensuring appropriate process governance? If yes, the Global Process Owner role could be perfect for you…What you will be doing:As a Global Process Owner you are responsible for the perpetual optimisation of the processes in your area with respect to their fit with underlying operational activities, the quality of the processed and reported data, the efficiency of the process and effectiveness of the required controls.Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:Design and improve global processes that fit ROCKWOOL’s vision and strategy in cooperation with relevant functions and departments across the world.Create and maintain the ‘policies & standards’ in your area.Secure that the agreed upon processes are implemented globally and are correctly translated in the applicable systems & solutions.Monitor the quality of processed and reported data and the conformity with global standards. Actively address issues, anomalies, exceptions and deviations.Collect, structure and prioritise feedback from stakeholders with the purpose of improving mentioned processes or training/education programs.Secure alignment and prioritization of initiatives with relevant stakeholders.Support or drive group projects within the area of responsibility.What you bring:The ability to oversee, understand, design and explain global processes;You can identify process improvements and drive process transformations;You have strong and convincing skills with respect to:Project leadership and planningChange and people managementCollaboration and communication (including English)Good knowledge of process governance and process efficiency (e.g. LEAN);You are pro-active, curious, fact based, hands-on and persistent;Audit experience with one of the big-four audit firms is considered a plus.What we offer:By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
