  • Planning and coordination of meetings/events both online and offline
  • General management of meetings including preparation and follow-up
  • Support with the organization of company events, conferences and workshops
  • Ensuring a smooth process during the events
PMO:
  • Support in setting up and managing project management tools and processes
  • Coordination of project activities, schedules and resources
  • Creation of status reports, dashboards and other PMO documentation
  • Interface between different project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Travel Management:
  • Planning and organization of business trips for management and team members
  • Booking flights, hotels, rental cars and other travel arrangements
  • Communication and coordination with external partners and travel agencies
  • Preparing expense reports according to company guidelines
  • Monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with cost guidelines
Further tasks:
  • General administrative support for the management and the BU-Team
  • Data maintenance and documentation management
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a comparable assistant role, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent, proactive approach to work with a high level of accuracy, reliability and integrity
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, especially in a dynamic working environment
  • Fluent English and basic knowledge of German desirable
