- 主动收集辖区市场动态、竞争对手及客户等信息,制定辖区业务规划和目标,打造标杆
- 优化辖区内的渠道管理,确保供货通畅
- 完善标准化的疫苗接种服务流程,推动建立线上线下预约和科普体系
- 重点推进在辖区内PIP/CIP等重大项目落地,推动妇幼、校园及企业大客户接种,私立医院等创新渠道建设
- 通过专业拜访和观念发展来培养全国/区域KOL及讲者,推动区域学术活动落地执行
- 对辖区内经销商的培训师及团队经理的疾病、产品知识、推广资料的使用加以培训赋能。
- 参与经销商月会/季度会,准确传达市场部的核心推广主题及信息,并与辖区内经销商经理相互配合确保一线销售人员对推广主题及信息的理解。
- 协助经销商一线经理做好一线员工协访工作,并给出反馈和提升建议
- 落实大区与经销商管理者共同制定的相关管理机制,包括定期沟通机制、辖区管理机制、业务跟进机制等,确保关键目标达成一致和执行落地
- 确保在销售和工作过程中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度。
- 保证区域内合作伙伴的行为符合合规要求。
