- You will have Salesforce certifications ADM201 or Platform App Builder
- Experience in people management.
- Experience in managing competing demands, from demanding stakeholders in a frenetic environment.
- Have Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and/or Vlocity experience.
- Have 2+ years of DevOps Release management experience, including source code repository (GitHub or Bitbucket)
- Have experience of process improvement and optimisation
- Great interpersonal skills, and good written and oral communication skills - being able to talk directly to customers to understand change and configuration requirements.
- Enjoy problem-solving and think logically.
- Work collaboratively with the stakeholders to turn ambiguity into requirements.
- Contribute to working in a diverse team with different backgrounds and skills.
- Take responsibility for a piece of work from start to finish.
- Enjoy providing a supportive environment to growing people and a team to deliver first-class operational and development support.

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Application Builder.
- Experience of using JIRA and Confluence
