  • Manage customer care daily activities: handling customers' inquiries and requests through emails and calls
  • Actively solve issues that arise after the order is confirmed (e.g. delays), during the shipping process (e.g. customs clearance), and after the order is delivered (e.g. damage, returns, insatisfaction)
  • Interact with suppliers to manage customers' requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
  • Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Product Management and Technology) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience
  • Customer loyalty and retention initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives
Offer information:
  • Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm)
  • Monthly compensation: 600€
  • Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy
RequirementsWho are we looking for?
  • Degree in Foreign Languages/Communication with an International approach
  • Professional proficiency in English, Italian native. Any other language is a plus (especially French, Spanish, German)
  • Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills, with strong orientation to results
  • Able to manage relations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Previous working experience is considered a plus
