Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.Work you'll doRole: Senior Scala Developer (Scala, MongoDB)Responsibilities· As part of the Deloitte delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.· You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.· You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.· You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.· You would be a key contributor to building efficient programs/ systems and if you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you! Must have completed engineering or degree with 8+ years experience.
Strong Scala lead with experience in Akka and Play frameworks
Must have 5+ years of experience in Scala, Java, Python, Mongo DB
4+ Yrs. of development experience on Scala and Mongo DB
Should have experience of working on Responsive and high availability web platforms
Good Knowledge on some of the key components i.e. MongoDB, Play framework, Akka Framework is must
Deep insight into Rest API development
Good development and logical skills
Good analytical skills
Able to learn new technologies on the fly based on requirement
Able to help the team members as and when needed to improve team capability
