- Maintaining and update producer, agent and exporter information and ensure contracts are in place with all parties
- Obtain harvest estimates from producers and provide information regarding previous years’ harvest
- Compile pro-forma invoices and reconcile all packaging costs
- Provide cultivar summaries to producers
- Compile summaries of bin hires, crates delivered, number of crates packed and packaging costs
- Provide overall administrative assistance to management
- Conduct basic bookkeeping functions
- Regular written and verbal communication with producers and agents
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial
- Experience in the fruit packing industry and in-depth knowledge of the fruit packing life-cycle
- Experience in basic accounting
- Excellent computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- Good numerical skills
- Good language skills
