In Evergrow S.A. we are looking for an IT Support Engineer on behalf of Connectline, a proud member of the ARTION Group of companies, which offers integrated business solutions including ERP, HRM, CRM, Business Intelligence ( BI), Warehouse Management System (VMS), and Cloud BI services.Established in 1998, Connect Line has been a leading player in the IT industry. As the largest and most reliable partner of SoftOne, we provide top-notch development and implementation services for integrated information systems.Core Responsibilities

Provides basic technical support for network, hardware, and software issues.
Assists in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, access points).
Supports users with connectivity and access issues related to network and VPN.
Manages user accounts and cloud services, including Azure and Office 365.
Maintains documentation for basic procedures and systems, such as setup instructions and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
At least 2 years of working experience in IT support.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365) would be considered a plus.
Good command of the English language.
Team spirit, positive personality.
