£25,000 - £28,000Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking to add to the print finisher team in the form of a Folder Operator to their fast-growing business. This company is an established provider of fully bespoke business printing solutions.
The Role:- Produce work to the highest standards, ensuring procedures are followed at all times
- To communicate with the finishing manager in a timely manner
- Liaise with fellow operators for handovers / any arising issues
- Keeping a clean and tidy workspace at all times
- Completion of any relevant worksheets and accurate recording of KPI's.The Person:- Experience of all aspects of print finishing
- Experience using MBO’s, although experience operating other folding machinery will also be considered (Stahl, HH, Morgana, Heidelberg, etc.)
- Has the ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Has a proactive approach to work and is always willing to learn
- Can communicate effectively and build rapport with all stakeholders
- Be flexible with their attitude towards work and task allocation
- Good attention to detail - making sure all documentation is complete & accurate
- Good time keeping and attendance.This a full time permanent position working flexible shifts, which are 8 hours a day between 6am & 6pm (40 hours a week).
